I know, I know, when I am going to write in here on a regular basis?
Well, I do not know. I don't know what to say. I don't want to sit and write on this computer and of course I thought, does anyone ever read what I write. If I write more will people read more? These are all questions I post in my mind as I try to figure out all of what is going on in my work and in my life.
Besides that we have been on a food preservation mission. We have canned many many pints quarts and half pints of everything we can grow or get our hands on and we love every minute of it. Yes it is hard work but so worth it on a cold winter day when I crack open a can of our own tomatoes and taste the summer we grew them in the yard all over again.
