I don't watch much television but I do like documentaries. I feel we use television as a needless distraction. If I watch something it has to be creative, informative, educational, emotional or funny. I love to watch Independent Lens on PBS. You can check out their films and viewing schedule at PBS.org. The other night I cried my eyes out watching, "For Once In My Life" about a group of disabled adult Goodwill employees who form a band and create wonderful music despite their limitations. Another wonderful film is about a group of elderly who sing modern songs from the heart. These incredible creative individuals have a message for all of us about the power of the human spirit. This film is called, "Young at Heart".
Enjoy:)
