Hello everyone,

I hope these winter days finds you well.
I hope you are preparing for the changes to come. We as a people are currently in a time of great transition and it is time to wake up.
The process of waking up, to becoming conscious of our authenticity, is up to each individual in his or her own time.
Unfortunately, most of us run from what we want most, which is to know ourselves. We run in all directions away from our heart, away from our light and away from our truth. Why do we do such things? Because that is what we've been taught from our loved ones, from our religions and from our society as a whole. Simply put it is our conditioned thought. Most of us look for healing outside of ourselves when all we need is to look within. It is a difficult journey of acceptance, forgiveness and self-love.
It is more important than ever to look within for as our world changes we must adapt and change with it. The only way this can come about is when we allow ourselves to know our truth. That truth is the fact that we are Love Source, God as you interpret God so to speak. We are the Love that created this Universe and that the only separation that we have from Spirit is contained within the feeble thoughts of our ego mind. Allow yourself to put aside your ego mind in this moment and see the truth, the light and the love that flows from your true mind, your heart mind, the mind of Spirit.
We are now approaching a time, 2010 that continues the transition into the New Earth. I read recently that 2010 is the year of drama as we are pushed into letting go of the old ways of thinking. In the near future we will begin to break the old chains of condition thought, which have kept us separate from our nature, each other, and ourselves for centuries.
Say these simple words every day and know that this is your truth
That you are Loved, Lovable and Loving Forever.
The only reality is that you are that Love, the Love of Source.
Be it, Trust it, Become it!
The following is a prayer written in the late 1800s by a great aware environmentalist Chief Seattle. His words ring true today. Enjoy.
